A Deconstruction of Meaning

A brief from the International Society of Typographic Designers – to break down your birth date and combine it with The Dewey Decimal System to find a book that was lost and forgotten – a dead wood archive. My birth date led me to the book Donald Davidson and the Mirror of Meaning by J.E.Malaps. The publication is a deconstruction of meaning, a simple answer to the complicated question the book creates.
A publication for those who are interested in visual stimulus in typography to create meaning for the complex dynamics explored in the publication.

Using code to breakdown the meaning of works layered using tracing paper to emphasise the tactility of code as a blueprint for meaning.
Experimental typography has been applied throughout the publication visualising definitions.
